A Place of Creative DevelopmentHelping children channel full potential
Every child comes to our world with the Gift of Music from God. RSFA develops this gift and shares it with others for God’s Glory.
Our Mission
RSFA exists to help and encourage students of all ages to develop and use their skills and talents for the glory of God in both sacred and secular settings. Excellence is the goal, recognizing and honoring God as the giver and sustainer of these skills and talents.
Music study trains the whole person: the eyes, the ears, the hands and the imagination, but the most importantly it changes your heart. We believe that music is the most precious gift that God gave to a man. We seek to give our students a comprehensive musical foundation that will serve them as a life-long creators and patrons of music.
Our Teachers
All our teachers have university degrees and qualified specialists in their field. They inspire and motivate their students to develop lifelong love of music. From a child’s first lesson to their Senior Recitals, our instructors strive to provide our students with the best curriculum and experiences.
Enrollment
The RIDGEDALE SCHOOL OF FINE ARTS (RSFA) offers classes year-round in two semesters: Fall semester from August to December and a Spring semester from January to May. We also offer Summer classes in June and July.
What we offer
Private Music Classes
Private music lessons serve to stimulate and encourage musical potential. Students have unique goals and learning styles. That’s why we take such care to customize lesson plans and match students to the best instructor. We’ll identify proven teaching methods for you, and we’ll incorporate performance and assessment opportunities based on your individual interests and needs. We believe performing builds self confidence, aids in motivation, and helps develop time managing skills. Ridgedale School of Fine Arts (RSFA) offers private piano, guitar, string, and voice lessons.
Group Art classes
RSFA offers art classes for children and adults. Arts build confidence. Because there is not just one right way to make art, every child can feel pride in his or her original artistic creations. “A picture is a poem without words” ~Horace
